Additional Representation Received
One (1) additional objection has been received from local residents, raising the following additional issues: - The supplied plans are misleading as do not show the angled front, it looks like one flat surface all in line. The angled front overlooks the front garden of No.1 Westmeston Avenue.
Officer Response: The design of the approved scheme (BH2023/02672) has an angled frontage on the front southern side (approved plan 150G).
In respect of the current application (BH2024/00477) it has an angled frontage on the front southern side (proposed floor plan 150H).
The approved angled frontage layout was considered and found acceptable previously in relation to the front garden of No.1 Westmeston Avenue. This also applies to the current application.
The total number of objections received is now eight (8), from a total of six (6) individuals.
